So I know that not many people follow me on here, but I feel that I should write this anyway. I just got done watching Dear Jack, a documentary about Andrew McMahon. He is more known for Something Corporate and Jack’s Mannequin. But Dear Jack is about Andrew’s life when he was diagnosed with leukemia in 2005 at the age of 22. It just goes along on a hand held camera that Andrew has with him and he documents his journey. The film was one of the saddest/ most inspirational things I have ever seen in my life. It just really spoke to me, his music also has a deep place in my heart. I didn’t find out about this until about a year ago and I’m just now watching it. I’m glad I did get to watch it and now I am sharing it with everyone else! Check it out and I hope that it touches all of you like it has to me, it brings out the strength that is in all of us so we can succeed. Andrew McMahon is my hero!
